At Aura Displays, we stand behind the quality of our premium visual technology. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the electronic components in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and protective foam to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Your Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
